Spirical ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This statement explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account details (email, name, profile photo); birth details you provide (date, time and place of birth); the placements, transits and listening habits you enter; readings you generate and save; and, if you connect a music service, your listening history as permitted by that service. We also collect basic technical data such as device and usage information.

How we use it

To create your account, generate and save your Sonic Horoscopes, playlists and Twin Flame reports, process payments, improve the app and keep it secure. Text you submit for a reading is sent to our AI provider solely to produce that reading.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Spirical (hosting, authentication, AI, payments, music integrations), or where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active and use industry-standard safeguards. You may delete saved readings at any time, and request deletion of your account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Australian Privacy Act and GDPR), you may access, correct, export or delete your information, or object to certain uses. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

Spirical is not intended for anyone under 16.
