Entertainment purposes

Readings, horoscopes, compatibility scores and playlists are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and should not be relied upon for important decisions.

Your account

You must be 16 or older, provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Payments and subscriptions

Some features require a one-time entry fee or a premium subscription. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Content and AI

Readings are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. You may use your readings for personal purposes. Spirical's design, text and branding remain our property.

Third-party services

Connected services such as music platforms are governed by their own terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Spirical is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
